Ciao! Mi chiamo Rosario
Just like you, not too long ago I was learning a new language myself. I remember how it felt to piece together sentences, unsure if I was really being understood.
The grammar rules, the unfamiliar sounds, and the effort it took to recall the right words—it wasn’t always easy.
I know how challenging it can be, but every small step forward counts. You’ve already started this journey, and that’s something to be proud of!
Why do I teach Italian?
Many students come to me because they want to communicate more effectively on holidays, move to Italy for work, bought a holiday house, or simply because they love the Italian language.
All of these are excellent reasons to work on improving their Italian skills. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping my students achieve their goals.

I offer courses for all levels. We will assess your level on the first lesson and then proceed from there.
If we take the official certification levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), based on my experience, students need around 20 or 25 lessons to advance to the next level. However, this changes a lot based on commitment, motivation and previous knowledge.
The lessons are based on videocalls with me. Lessons are interactive, structured and diverse. There is a mix of speaking, grammar, reading, listening and writing. We follow a book, in addition to other material I will provide.
The course materials is provided by me after each lesson and available forever.
The best solution is to take 2 lessons of 1 hour per week. This gives the best trade-off between good and stable progress and all the other duties and chores a student has. However, I have students who take 3 lessons per week or 1 lesson per week. It all depends on your goals, which we will discuss together on the first call.
The classes are live videocalls with me.
You will not need any resource except your motivation to learn a beautiful and exclusive language.
